Ninth Circuit temporarily blocks really stupid Idaho bathroom law

From East Idaho News:
Senate Bill 1100, which was signed into law March 22, would have allowed students to sue their school for a minimum fine of $5,000 “for each instance that the student encountered a person of the opposite sex while accessing a public school restroom, changing facility, or sleeping quarters designated for use by aggrieved student’s sex.”
Think about it. Would schools need to post guards outside bathrooms? Wouldn't the law just encourage students / families to arrange for kids and families to figure out how to game the system to collect? Would this law upset the long-standing tradition of girls using the boys' bathroom when the boys' bathroom is empty and the line outside the girls' bathroom stretches to infinity? And don't different genders share bathrooms at home?
